Crepes (pancakes): Put 300 gr of flour, 3 eggs, 1/3 tea spoon of salt and 1 table spoon of sunflower oil in a jar. Mix and add little by little 50cl of whole milk and 25 cl of water. Use the electric mixer if little bits remain. Leave for 1h. Oil slightly a really hot pancake frying pan and turn the "crêpe" !

Crèmes brûlées (8-10 ramequins) : Bring to boil 85 cl of whole milk with 85 gr of caster sugar. Whisk 5 eggs in a big jug with a bit of vanilla extract and add the hot milk and sugar, whisking briskly. Pour this into the ramequins and cook for 25 mn at 180 ° in a bain-marie. Leave it to cool and 1 hour before serving, sprinkle caster sugar on top and put 8 mn under the grill.

Tarte Normande : Line a flan dish with puff pastry and cover with thick slices of cooking apples. Pour on the following preparation : 3 eggs mixed with 30 cl single cream, 120 gr of caster sugar, 4 table spoons of ground almond, 1 table spoon Calvados and some vanilla extract. Sprinkle with brown sugar and put in the oven for 40 mn at 220 °.

Gâteau au yaourt et au citron (lemon and yogurt cake): Pour 2 eggs and 1 carton of yogurt in a big bowl and keep the pot for measuring. Add 3 pots of self raising flour, 2 pots of caster sugar, 1/2 pot of melted butter, some vanilla extract, the zest and juice of 1 lemon. Cook in the oven for about 30 mn at 180 °
